Terms of Use

Free husbandry tools

HerpKeep’s core animal profiles, care records, schedules, health and medication tracking, breeding records, backups, and PDF reports are available without a paid subscription.

Optional Supporter subscription

HerpKeep may offer an optional auto-renewing monthly Supporter subscription. While active, Supporters receive digital benefits including Community participation, a monthly collection activity summary, and a Supporter badge. Everyone may read the global Community chat without paying.

The store shows the exact local price before purchase. The intended United States price is USD 1.99 per month, subject to taxes, regional pricing, and available price points. Payment is charged when confirmed and renews monthly unless cancelled through your Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store’s policies.

Community participation

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and content.

Community content must be lawful, respectful, relevant, and safe. Do not post harassment, hate, sexual or graphic content, dangerous instructions, illegal activity, spam, private information, copyright-infringing material, or peer experience presented as veterinary diagnosis or a medication prescription. Only upload material you own or have permission to share.

By posting, you grant HerpKeep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display the content only as needed to operate, moderate, and improve Community. You keep ownership of your content.

Members may report content and block others. HerpKeep may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or enforcement. Accounts may be warned, suspended, or deleted for violations.

Keeper responsibility

HerpKeep stores keeper-entered information and does not provide veterinary advice, live enclosure monitoring, thermostat control, or safety alarms. You remain responsible for checking records, maintaining suitable equipment, and consulting a qualified veterinarian.
